Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Edinburg, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Install two Jet A fuel storage tanks to support contracted aircraft for New World Screwworm (NWS) sterile fly dispersal, as well as future aircraft to be procured for continued MexFly missions at Moore Air Base. Upgraded fuel storage capability is required for upcoming flight operations, as the existing AvGas LL100 supply is incompatible with the Beechcraft King Air Model 90 and Jet A fuel will be needed for the planned Cessna 208 aircraft. Interested parties are urged to read at least the first four pages of the RFQ to avoid redundant questions. Submit questions to james.g.roloff@usda.gov no later than June 8, 2026, at noon CT. This will ensure there will be enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number in the subject line of the email. 1.
