Description

Demolition and renovation of a detention facility in Marion, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

This project includes selective demolition, replacement of the existing low-sloped ballasted EPDM roof system with a new two-ply modified bitumen membrane system and associated work at all roof areas including the Gatehouse, Main Administrative Areas, and Dormitories at Marion Correctional Institution. MBE (10%) Question Deadline 06/18/2026 Should the bidder find discrepancies in, or omission from, the drawings or documents or should he be in doubt as to their meaning, he shall at once notify the designer who will send written instructions in the form of addenda to all bidders.
