**As of August 28, 2026 this project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. Contract No. 1 - General Construction; WWTP Compost Bldg Re-roof Project The Village of Attica will receive sealed bids for the roof replacement of the existing compost building at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 122 Prospect Street, Attica, NY. The project will consist of providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of the existing corrugated metal roof. Associated work to include installation of roof vents and construction of new sliding door. Bid Alt #1 - Furnish and install new Roof Truss, includes removal and reinstallation of light fixtures Bid Alt #2 - Furnish and Install newexhaust fans and humidistat controller Bid Alt #3 - Furnish and Install new side curtains Bid Alternates to include replacing existing roof trusses, exhaust vents and side curtains. Question Deadline 06/05/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. The Work will be substantially completed on or before October 1, 2026 ; Final completion- November 1, 2026.
