This project involves concrete work at the Capitol Mall for the Department of Administration. Base Bid: Remove and re-level sunken pavers, replace any damaged pavers, replace damaged concrete boarder, and seal cracked concrete at the PTC Building. Replace walkways around planters and benches, replace concrete under benches, seal cracked concrete, and replace sidewalk panels that pose a tripping hazard at the State Street parking garage. Remove north and south stairs and replace with retaining walls and benches, remove and replace uneven sidewalk in the JRW Building courtyard. Construct rounded side walk corner on east and west side near stairs at the Capitol Building. Repair 5thSt. entrance steps, replace 5th St. entrance walkway, repair damaged concrete on wall faces, remove and replace damaged sidewalk in front of State St. entrance, resurface concrete in front of State St. entrance to enhance traction during winter months, replace damaged and leaning light poles, remove and replace damaged sections of loading ramp entrance in 4th St. parking lot, remove and replace damaged concrete at entrance at the top of the loading ramp, remove and replace damaged curb south of the loading ramp with curb terminus, remove damaged concrete wall/planter along Jefferson and blend landscaping to match sidewalk, seal cracked concrete, and replace sidewalk panels that pose a tripping hazard at the Idaho Supreme Court. Place new concrete in entrance sidewalk to eliminate gaps at the commission for libraries building. Bid Alternate No. 1: Construct sidewalks around the challenger statue at the LBJ Building. Bid Alternate No. 2: Remove the fountain and cap the existing utilities at the Commission for Libraries Building
