The scope of work involves the full abatement and demolition of the former St. Ursula school, located at 426 Lacroix St. in Chatham. This includes the removal of walkways and pavement. Site Walkthrough 05/20/2026 at 10:00 AM ET Meeting Location: St. Ursula School, 426 Lacroix St., Chatham ON A Mandatory Site Meeting has been scheduled for May 20, 2026 beginning at 10:00am. All interested parties will meet at St. Ursula School, 426 Lacroix St., Chatham ON. All Bidders/Contractors, major sub-trade tenderers and suppliers are invited. Attendance will be taken via a sign-in sheet and the Bidders' List finalized from those in attendance, prior to the meeting starting. Once the meeting has started no additional Bidders/Contractors etc. will be permitted to sign-in to the meeting. Tenders will not be accepted from a Bidder/Contractor who does not attend the Mandatory Site Meeting.
