Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Waterbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The City of Waterbury has identified an existing former church to be converted into a Community Health Resource Center. Question Deadline 06/22/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Answers will be posted by 2:00PM on June 26, 2026 All questions and communications about this request for Proposal and submission requirements must be directed to the City of Waterbury ProcureWare website. The City funded scope of work includes hazardous material/waste abatement and demolition as identified on the Project's plans and specifications. Prepared by Friar Architecture, Inc., dated May 1, 2026. In addition to the abatement and demolition work, the Congressionally Directed Spending scope of work includes: a new roof, new windows, new doors and vestibule, installation of a lift between the basement and main levels, sitework improvements including site survey and installation of property monuments, utilities and a parking lot, MEP upgrades including a main floor bathroom work all in accordance with the plans and specifications.
