Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Newmarket, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center.

This Request for Proposals is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for General Contractor for the Construction of 20 Pickleball courts, to receive the Dome by Farley Group, and construct the Clubhouse.
