Hammond Gateway Transit Oriented Development The Hammond Redevelopment Commission is seeking proposals from a qualified mixed-use developer for the development of a Transit-Oriented-Development ("TOD") site within the vicinity of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District ("NICTD") South Shore Rail Hammond Gateway Station as detailed within the Request for Development Proposals ("RFP"). Each bidder shall submit one original, and five complete copies, of its Redevelopment Proposal.
