Project has been Rebid This project consists of the remodel of the Learn & Play MyCare facility. A single lump sum Bid will be taken for General Construction. This project is partially funded by the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the Kansas Department of Commerce. Contractors and subcontractors shall comply with all applicable federal requirements, including but not limited to the Davis-Bacon Act, Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act. Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE/DBE) are encouraged to submit bids. This project involves: Concrete, Masonry, Cold-Formed Metal Framing and Gyp Systems, Misc. Steel, Casework, Building Insulation, Joint Sealants, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Aluminum Entrances and Storefront, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Tile, Paint, Signage, Fire Protection, Toilet Accessories, Fire Suppression, Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Fencing.
