Description

Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Nortonville, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes installing retaining walls, installing underdrains, constructing sidewalk, installing fence, reconditioning infields, installing ball field lighting systems, seeding, installing playground equipment with safety surface and installing field equipment. Questions shall be submitted to engineer@bluevalleyconsultants.com by noon on Monday, June 1, 2026 and responses will be provided by on Monday, June 8, 2026 . Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) are encouraged to submit bids for this work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
