The City of Bee Cave, Texas is seeking sealed bids for the removal of vehicles, refuse, rubbish, miscellaneous building materials, and demolition of various structures. The site is subject to a Municipal Court Order requiring cleanup of the property to become compliant with City Codes. The property is residential in nature and is approximately 1.4 acres. Scope of Work The scope of work involves the removal of various vehicles, rubbish, refuse, brush, and demolition, as well as debris removal of various existing buildings. The City will inspect the cleanup process to ensure compliance with City Code(s). Proposal Requirements The proposal document shall include: 1. Bidder Introduction: a. Organizational Chart that clearly indicates staff roles and designates a Project Manager. b. Description of Bidders ability to execute the work through staffing, vehicles, and equipment. 2. Experience: Provide 3-5 example projects of similar size and scope.
