Architect-Engineer services are required to support inland navigation and water resources planning efforts through an indefinite delivery contract. Services include comprehensive water resources and watershed planning; environmental impact assessments and biological evaluations; economic, transportation, and navigation analyses; freight, intermodal, and port planning; risk and uncertainty analyses; ecosystem restoration planning; feasibility studies and preliminary concept development; community, site, and master planning; environmental and landscape design; geospatial data management; public involvement support; database development and maintenance; and post-flooding damage compilations. Work may involve development of feasibility reports and planning documentation and may require the performance or review of work by registered or licensed architects or engineers. All services shall be performed in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, the National Historic Preservation Act, and the Endangered Species Act, and will be issued through negotiated firm-fixed-price task orders under the contract. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
