Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Ozark, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Sealed bids for the 2026 Downtown Walkway Rehabilitation The Scope of Work for the project includes the regrading and repaving of approximately 671 square feet of brick pavers, the removal and replacement of 4 trees, the removal and replacement of 4 concrete collars in tree wells, the installation of 4 tree grates (to be provided by the City), and the installation 17 linear feet of 12-inch Trench Drain. Additionally, the project will include two alternate areas. The total Scope of Work for the alternate areas will include 290 square feet of brick paver replacement, the removal and replacement of 3 trees, the removal and replacement of 3 concrete collars in tree wells, the installation of 3 tree grates (to be provided by the City). The City reserves the right to remove tree removal from the scope of work. When requesting the ftp link, you will be required to provide your company name, a contact person and phone number, a complete company address and an e-mail address to be added to the Plan Holders List and for receiving official bidding communications and addenda. Project and bidding questions shall be conducted exclusively via e-mail. Any questions regarding this project must be submitted to Cliff Spangler, by 4:00 pm local time on June 2, 2026. No written questions after this date or any verbal questions will be recognized. The wage rates applicable to this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth in this specification. When Federal wage rates are applicable and included, this contract is subject to the "Work Hours Act of 1962", (P.L. 87-581: 76 Stat. 357) and implementing regulations. When state and federal wage rates are both required the higher of the two for each job classification shall be used. Effective January 1, 2009 and pursuant to RSMo 285.530 (1), No business entity or employer shall knowingly employ, hire for employment, or continue to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the state of Missouri. The successful bidder must submit a sworn affidavit and documentation affirming the business entity's enrollment and participation in the federal work authorization program and that all of its employees working for the contracted services are not illegal immigrants. The City of Ozark, Missouri, (hereinafter "City") hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award. Professional Responsibility :The City expects the firm to perform due diligence in the execution of its services and to carry out their responsibilities in accordance with customarily accepted good professional practices. Terms and Conditions Bidders shall comply with the documentation required in this Invitation to Bid. Failure to comply with the requirements may result in disqualification of the bidder's submittal. The evaluation of the proposal will be in accordance with the methodology outlined herein. The City reserves the right to: Reject any and all submittals; Amend or cancel the Invitation to Bid at any time; Waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the submittals; Revise the schedule as the City sees fit; and Enter into any agreement deemed by the City to be in its best interest. The City reserves the right to interview any of the bidders or to request additional information or clarifications from any or all bidders to the Invitation to Bid. The cost of preparing and submitting the proposal is entirely the responsibility of the bidder. The information contained in the bid will become the property of the City. If a bid is selected, the awarded party shall be required to enter into a contract with the City; said contract in substantially in that form as the draft contract available along with the entire specification on the City of Ozark website at www.ozarkmissouri.com
