Sealed bids for the 2026 Downtown Walkway Rehabilitation The Scope of Work for the project includes the regrading and repaving of approximately 671 square feet of brick pavers, the removal and replacement of 4 trees, the removal and replacement of 4 concrete collars in tree wells, the installation of 4 tree grates (to be provided by the City), and the installation 17 linear feet of 12-inch Trench Drain. Additionally, the project will include two alternate areas. The total Scope of Work for the alternate areas will include 290 square feet of brick paver replacement, the removal and replacement of 3 trees, the removal and replacement of 3 concrete collars in tree wells, the installation of 3 tree grates (to be provided by the City). The City reserves the right to remove tree removal from the scope of work. When state and federal wage rates are both required the higher of the two for each job classification shall be used.
