Durham College of Applied Arts and Technology is accepting proposals for Weld Shop Renovations at the Whitby Campus located at 1610 Champlain Ave, Whitby, Ontario. The proponent is required to protect areas from damage by using barriers, markers, or temporary signs as necessary. The proponent is also responsible for delivering, storing, placing, and handling all materials and equipment, as well as providing all tools, ladders, lifts, and scaffolding necessary to complete the project. Subcontractors provided by proponents must be certified for all products. Coordination for access to the space/site and parking for deliveries is required to minimize impact to campus operations.
