The City of Lethbridge (the "City")'s Lethbridge Waste and Recycling Centre is a multifaceted facility that includes a regional landfill, Organics Processing Facility, Material Recovery Facility, Hydrovac Waste Receiving, public drop-off and construction and demolition waste facilities. The site currently has a mix of gravel and paved roads. This project is to pave a portion of the current gravel roads and improve the layout of the main intersection of the site. The scope of work under this contract includes the provision of all necessary materials, equipment, products, labour, and transportation, along with all incidental work required, for the construction of intersection improvements and paving, as detailed in the attachments.
