Perform shoreline renourishment construction services in Broward County, Florida, between Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Range Monuments in the northern portion of Reach 1 (R-25 to R-36), Reach 2 (R-36 to R-43), and Reach 4 (R-51 to R-72). The work includes placement of beach fill material sourced from approved upland sand mine(s) that meet the criteria of Section 35 20 24.00 35, Beach Fill (Truck Haul), and are listed within applicable environmental resource agency permits. Project activities include, but are not limited to, truck haul and placement of sand, beach tilling, vibration control and monitoring, turbidity monitoring, and environmental species monitoring, all in accordance with environmental protection requirements. The project will be delivered as a firm-fixed-price construction contract. The contractor must commence work within sixty calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed, diligently prosecute the work, and complete all construction activities, including final cleanup, no later than April 30, 2028, at which time the contractor must be fully off the beach.
