Provide construction services in support of the Bank Stabilization and Navigation Program (BSNP) along the Missouri River. Work includes, but is not limited to, constructing, modifying, and repairing stone dikes and revetments; installing bank paving and hard points; placing revetment overlays; and excavating notches. All construction activities will be performed using floating plant, as no land access will be available. The contractor must be capable of mobilizing, loading, and unloading barges with graded stone from accessible quarries along the river, and placing stone by track-hoe from work barges. Equipment must be capable of accessing designated structures in water depths of four feet or greater, including work within side channel chutes and between high banks of the river. Services will be ordered under a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity task order contract structure and will require the ability to manage heavy civil riverine construction, marine equipment, barge operations, and compliance with applicable labor standards. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
