Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to replace the existing HVAC system at Building 203, Redhorse Facility. The work includes complete removal and replacement of an end-of-life HVAC system serving an approximately 21,000 square foot facility, along with installation of a new HVAC system and all associated ancillary components. Scope also includes a new transformer, new lighting, ceiling grid replacement, catwalks, and a Direct Digital Control (DDC) system, with Honeywell DDC specified as brand-name for compatibility with existing installations. All services are to be performed as non-personal services under a firm fixed-price construction contract, with all work completed within 180 calendar days after notice to proceed, including inspections and punch list completion. Location: Building 203, Redhorse Facility, Virginia Beach, VA. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
