The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project #: 2026-044 Student Union Terrazzo Flooring. Description of Work: 2nd Floor Corridor: Approximately 3900 SF of corridor on the 2nd floor of the Student Union is to be replaced with Terrazzo. Remove existing vinyl floor and mastic in its entirety to the extent indicated, prep floor as required and install new Terrazzo flooring as indicated in the contract documents. This work includes the Terrazzo Stair work as shown in the contract documents. 2nd Floor Bridge: Approximately 400 SF of bridge on the 2nd floor of Student Union is to be replaced with Luxury Vinyl Tile. Remove existing vinyl floor and mastic in its entirety to the extent indicated, prep floor as required and install new Luxury Vinyl Tile as indicated in the contract documents.
