Reference Number 0000424273 The County is requesting proposals from qualified Professionals to provide Owners Representative (OR) services for a large-scale commercial HVAC project in a County owned facility. The OR will act as the County's independent advocate, managing the installation of the HVAC equipment. All questions should be submitted, in writing via email, to JD McCune at jd.mccune@laramiecountywy.gov, no later than 3:00 PM MT on 05/22/2026 The County reserves the right to allow other state and local governmental agencies, political subdivisions, and/or school districts to utilize the resulting award under all terms and conditions specified and upon agreement by all parties. Usage by any other entity shall not have a negative impact on the County in the current term or in any future terms. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
