The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidental services required to procure, install, configure, test, and commission two independent Inmate Duress Systems within the Special Housing Units at FCC Oakdale, specifically SHU FCI I and SHU FCI II. The work includes a complete, turnkey installation of wired, secure, and tamper-resistant duress systems designed to enhance safety, security, and emergency response capabilities by allowing inmates to signal distress while providing immediate notification to staff through dedicated monitoring systems. Each Special Housing Unit shall receive a fully independent system, with a combined total of 182 duress button locations across both institutions. All systems must be installed, integrated, tested, and commissioned in full compliance with applicable federal requirements, Bureau of Prisons standards, and relevant industry standards.
