Reference Number 0000424485 Weld County is moving forward with design and construction of a new Justice Center campus to serve the growing needs of its community. This initiative consists of three distinct but coordinated projects, collectively aimed at delivering a functional, efficient, and secure judicial facility. Through this RFP, Weld County is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) firms to provide preconstruction and construction services for the Weld County Justice Center Core & Shell, located in Greeley, Colorado. While final scope will be refined during design and preconstruction, for purposes of proposal evaluation and comparison, the County has established the following conceptual program baselines to generally describe potential scale, organization, and functional components of the Justice Center projects. These baselines are provided solely for evaluation purposes and are subject to modification and refinement based on design evolution, stakeholder input, funding strategy, and direction from the Board of County Commissioners.
