Site work, paving and asbestos abatement for a civil project in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and water / sewer project.
The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials to improve the water distribution system along Eganfuskee St., Waldemar Rd., and Body Ct., and their intersection with Paulina Rd. Water distribution improvements include furnishing and installing approximately 665 linear feet of 4-inch and 6-inch PVC water main, isolation gate valves, water services, connections, and hydrant assemblies. The scope involves the removal and disposal of asbestos concrete pipe and the abandonment of existing pipe. Restoration includes removal and replacement of roadway curb, concrete driveways, roadway edge repair, and mill/resurfacing. Additional work involves property owner notification, traffic control, system isolation coordination, backfill, compaction, testing, and restoration of services. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond.
