The Airport Spoorisor has established a contract participation goal of 0.0% for small business concema owned and controlled by certified disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE). Projct Location - MUSKOGEE COUNTY SECTION 25, 26, 35, AND 36 TOWNSHIP 14N, RANGE 18E Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work necessary to construct box hangars with approach paving at Muskogee-Davis Regional Airport. The work includes the following approximate quantities: unclassified excavation (1,682 CY); borrow excavation (1,145 CY); 6" concrete pavement (580 SY); 6" aggregate base (590 SY); construction of pre-engineered 2-bay box hangar with reinforced concrete floor and footings; concrete sidewalk; drainage; hangar electrical system; hangar heating system; water lines, sewer lines; seeding; and erosion control. To be qualified to bid, a complete set of plans, specifications, contract documents, and proposal form must be obtained from designated sources. Contractors bidding need not be pre-qualified but must be qualified to do the work. A non-mandatory prebid conference will be held, and site inspections can be arranged. The project is subject to requirements for disadvantaged business enterprise participation, general civil rights provisions, and various federal regulations including Buy American Preferences and the Davis Bacon Act. The City of Muskogee reserves the right to evaluate bids, reject any or all bids, and waive any informality in any bid.
