The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, demolition of the existing fixed and floating dockage systems and connected utility systems, dredging and spoils disposal, upland utility services and concrete demolition, steel-framed access platforms, new floating dock systems with potable water, sanitary, electrical, dry fire, and fuel systems, new service pier building on floating docks, upland concrete promenade and utility feeds, connections to existing upland fuel systems, and other associated work. The site is located at 7411 Huron Ave in Lexington, MI. All bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS, with a maximum of two attachments: one for bid documents (such as Bid Summary, Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, Certification forms, Signature Authority, etc.) and, if applicable, one for Qualified Disabled Veteran information. Do not wait until just before the 2:00 p.m. solicitation deadline to submit your bid response, as the system will not allow submissions after the deadline.
