Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Black Oak, Arkansas. Completed plans call civil work for a water / sewer project.
This work shall consist of a forcemain constructed in accordance with these specifications and in conformity with the lines, grades, and details shown on the plans or established by the Engineer. Question Deadline 06/09/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $2,500,000. The project includes the construction of a Wastewater Collection System. The project has an expected duration of 300 consecutive calendar days. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953.
