Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marietta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of constructing left turn lanes at Amberton Drive, Kingsbury Drive, Oakleigh Valley Way, and Hopeton Drive. Additional improvements include connecting the existing sidewalk on the west side of Lost Mountain Road from Kingsbury Drive to Amberton Drive and additional pedestrian improvements. Cobb County Water System work will also be included in this contract. The time allowed for performance of the project will be 365 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders are required to furnish all labor, material, equipment, and other things necessary for the complete construction. Contractor must meet the current bid requirements of the Georgia Department of Transportation. Contractor and their subcontractors are required to be in compliance with the "Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act." Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation and Small Business Participation in all DOT contracts is encouraged. The Cobb County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all Bids and waive any formalities.
