Furnishing all work and materials for the 2026 Street Rehabilitation Project, Improvement Project No. 26-05, S.A.P. 106-150-001 for the City of Blaine, Anoka County, Minnesota. The project consists of approximately: 160 SY Remove Bituminous Pavement, 300 SY Aggregate Base Preparation, 9,500 GAL Bituminous Material for Seal Coat, 27,000 SY Bituminous Underseal Aggregate, 3,200 TON Bituminous Wear Course, 5 EA Adjust Gate Valve & Box, 5 EA Irrigation System Repair, 80 SY 8” Concrete Valley Gutter, 350 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter, 1 LS Traffic Control, 13,600 LF Permanent Pavement Markings, 7 LB Seed (including all related work and appurtenances). Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who purchase Bidding Documents as specified and follow instructions for filing bids electronically. Bids must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check, or bidder’s bond, payable to the City, for not less than 5% as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into an agreement with the City and furnish a bond for the full amount of the contract. Cash deposits, certified checks, and bidder’s bonds of the three lowest bidders may be retained until the contract has been awarded and executed, but not longer than 60 days from the date of opening bids.
