Reference number: 20146359 Description The Longueuil Transport Network (hereinafter the OPTC) is a public body whose purpose is to ensure, through public transport services, the mobility of people within the Longueuil metropolitan area. RTL wishes to engage the services of a specialist contractor to carry out work to replace the fire protection systems, including pipework and sprinklers, reinforce the roof beams and install a new water supply, at the Saint-Hubert Garage-1 Operations Centre, located at 5120 Grande Allée Saint-Hubert (Québec) J4V 1K3. The works covered by this tender are divided into THREE (3) distinct phases. The phases must be carried out sequentially in accordance with the order of the work areas as described below: - Phase 1: New water supply, fire protection systems, structural reinforcement, pipework, sprinklers and dismantling of obsolete systems. - Phase 2: Pipework, sprinklers, structural reinforcement and dismantling of obsolete systems.  - Phase 3: Pipework, sprinklers, structural reinforcement and dismantling of obsolete systems. Work to replace the fire detection and monitoring system is excluded from the scope of the Works covered by this Invitation to Tender Any questions or requests for clarification from a TENDERER must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager at least ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY (120) hours before the date and time scheduled for the receipt of Tenders. Following review of such a notice from a TENDERER and should the RTL deem it appropriate, the Tender Documents shall then be amended by means of an Addendum.
