Question deadline is 06/04/2026 at 04:00 PM. If a Bidder is in doubt as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents or if he finds discrepancies or ambiguities in, or omissions from any ofthe Contract Documents, he shall immediately submit a written request at least five (5) calendar days in advance of the bid opening date to the Engineer for interpretation or clarification. The scope of work consists of the removal of an existing stone retaining wall and associated materials, with the wall to be removed 12 inches below the final grade. After removal, the exposed area will be excavated and graded to form a properly compacted soil slope, designed to ensure adequate drainage and long-term stability.
