Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St. Pauls, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work includes approximately 7000 m3 of earth excavation, 4700 tonnes of Granular A, 7900 tonnes of Granular B, 1270 tonnes of Hot Mix Asphalt in 2026, 2200 tonnes of Hot Mix Asphalt in 2027, 1090 m2 of concrete sidewalk, 1670 linear metres of concrete curbs, 570 linear metres of 300 to 600 mm diameter storm sewers, 53 linear metres of 1600mm diameter corrugated steel pipe, and 270 linear metres of 150 mm diameter watermain, as well as other work incidental thereto. Instructions specify that sealed tenders must be addressed to the Director of Public Works, Township of Perth South. A bid bond in the amount of $100,000 must accompany each bid. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
