Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Coburg, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing of all services, materials, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of Stallings Lane Transmission Waterline for the City of Coburg (City). The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of the new Stallings Lane Transmission Waterline, including connections to the existing waterline located at 91430 Stallings Lane and at the intersection of West Van Duyn Street and Coburg Road. Construction includes installation of the proposed 8-inch waterline along Stallings Lane and Coburg Road in the city of Coburg, Lane County, Oregon. The proposed waterline will connect to the existing 8-inch waterline at the referenced property and to a proposed 12-inch waterline located on the west side of the intersection of Coburg Road and West Van Duyn Street. The improvements consist of water delivery system upgrades. Work includes saw cutting, excavation, trenching, removal, compaction, and construction associated with asphalt paving, water main extensions, striping, and site restoration.
