Pearson School Board is inviting tenders for the provision of maintenance services for boilers and pressure equipment for a period of five years. The Lester B. Pearson School Board currently owns fifty-three (53) buildings. Maintenance services are required for 43 of these buildings. The School Board's buildings are located on the island of Montreal in the following towns: Beaconsfield, Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Dorval, Hudson, Lachine, Lasalle, Pierrefonds, Pincourt, Pointe-Claire, Verdun, Saint-Lazare and Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue. All these buildings are located within a 60 km radius of the administrative centre, which is itself situated in Dorval. All tenderers must comply with the requirements set out in the tender documents, including any addenda. These may only be obtained via the SEAO electronic system. RECEIPT AND OPENING OF TENDERS All tenders must be received at the Lester B. Pearson School Board's head office at 1925 Brookdale Avenue, Dorval, before the deadline for the receipt and opening of tenders specified in the tender notice on SEAO. Any tender received after this deadline will be automatically rejected. CONTRACT DURATION The services covered by this call for tenders are required for a total period of 5 years, from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2031
