As of June 4, 2026, the supervisors rejected all bids and only awarded the Tar and Chip project to Russell Standard. Option 1: T-741, 0.75 miles, includes 150 LF of milling of bituminous paving notch, 234 tons of 2A aggregate base course, 267 SY of roadway base repairs, 1352 tons of WMA bituminous binder course, 676 tons of WMA bituminous wearing course, and 486 tons of 2RC aggregate shoulders. Option 2: T-345, 0.48 miles, includes 6199 SY of pulverization, 40 LF of milling of bituminous paving notch, 761 tons of WMA binder course 19.0 mm mix (50 gyrations), 456 tons of WMA wearing course 9.5 mm mix level 1 (50 gyrations), and 248 tons of 2RC aggregate shoulders. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the municipality and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing wage rates will apply to this project.
