The project covers approximately 1,044 square feet in operational and living spaces, including offices, hallways, and common areas. Responsibilities include removal, surface preparation, and installation, with an emphasis on minimal disruption to fire station operations. Contractors are encouraged to provide high-quality, cost-effective solutions for a modern, low-maintenance flooring system suitable for a high-traffic, 24/7 environment. Contractors will have the opportunity to work within an active fire station setting, requiring thoughtful coordination and efficient execution to minimize disruption to daily operations. The selected vendor will be responsible for removal, surface preparation, and installation, delivering a clean, professional finish that enhances both functionality and appearance.
