Site work for a mixed-use development in Baggs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of various earthwork tasks including excavation, embankment, stockpiling, stormwater control, reclamation, and all other work necessary for the closure of the existing landfill cell and excavation of a new cell at the landfill site northwest of Baggs, Wyoming. Bids will be received for one prime Contract for the work. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security for five percent of the total amount of the bid. Bidders may mail bids to the BSWDD, P.O. Box 261, Baggs, WY 82321; or hand deliver prior to the bid opening time to Jennifer Evans or Glynda Sheehan at 107 County Road 700, Baggs, WY 82321. Online Registration on QuestCDN is mandatory for all bidders. Question Deadline 05/28/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
