Demolition of the existing building, removal of utilities, as reflected in contract documents. Site to be left in a pad ready condition. The work shall consist of furnishing labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete design and specifications provided for project by BKV Group. Bids will be considered online. Questions are due by 5/29/2026 by 11:00 AM All questions regarding the Contract Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Additions, revisions, corrections and/or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted by the Engineer to the QuestCDN website referenced in the Advertisement for Bids, Award is subject to final approval.
