Demolition, site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Sunrise, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited, to the repair and rehabilitation of the existing wood boardwalk system at Oak Hammock Park. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the job. Work shall be performed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications on bid and shall include selective demolition, structural repairs, pile restoration, decking and fence removal/reinstallation, and finishings necessary to return the boardwalk to a safe and functional condition. Any questions or inquiries regarding the Instructions, Bid Procedures, or the Contract Documents must be directed in writing to the individual listed below.
