The work includes furnishing all labor and materials for the construction, complete in place, of the following approximate quantities: 35,220 SY reclaim bituminous surface, full depth; 4,050 TN Type SP 12.5 non-wearing course mixture (2,C); 3,040 TN Type SP 9.5 wearing course mixture (2,C); and 175 LF 18” HDPE culvert. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Bids must be submitted on the bid forms provided in accordance with the contract documents, plans, and specifications as prepared by Stonebrooke Engineering. The provisions of Minn. Stat. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are required. The owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 90 days after the bid opening. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids.
