Description

Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Milton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.

Conservation Halton Glen Eden is seeking a turnkey Design-Builder to act as Constructor and prime to all subcontractors for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a new aerial chairlift system at a site where the previous lift has already been removed. The procurement follows a design-build delivery model, resulting in a CCDC 14 (Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract). The bid should cover onsite assessment of existing infrastructure and account for the installation of new foundations, terminals, towers, haul rope, chairs, drives, controls, safety systems, electrical tie-in, commissioning, and regulatory approval as required. Site meetings can be arranged upon request via the Bids&tenders system. Bid submissions must be completed online and in English unless otherwise specified.
