Provide new, unused LED lighting fixtures, controls, and accessories to support a T-LED lamp replacement project at a Department of Veterans Affairs medical facility. The requirement is for a firm-fixed-price supply purchase to furnish materials and equipment only, with no installation services. Items include one-piece retrofit or stand-alone LED troffer fixtures in 1x4, 2x2, and 2x4 configurations with selectable lumen outputs, color temperatures, sealed flat-panel construction, indoor ratings, TRIAC dimming capability where specified, and minimum 100,000-hour rated life. The scope also includes 24-inch wall-mounted LED vanity lights with integrated LEDs, brushed steel finish, damp-location rating, high CRI output, and a minimum 50,000-hour rated life. Additional requirements include undercabinet LED light fixtures in 2-foot and 4-foot lengths with internal or external drivers, magnetic stirrup mounting brackets suitable for steel structures, selectable lumen and color options, dimming capability, and compatibility with daisy-chaining connectors. Power cords with dimming capability, flexible linking connectors, wired wall dimmer switches with wireless functionality and handheld remotes, and ceiling-mounted wireless occupancy/vacancy sensors compatible with the dimmer system are also required. All equipment must meet the stated salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics, be UL, CSA, or ETL listed where applicable, include manufacturer warranties as specified, and identify manufacturer, part numbers, warranty information, and country of origin. Brand name or equal products are acceptable if all required characteristics are met and supported with descriptive literature.
