The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is seeking developers and/or development teams to submit a proposal for the purchase and redevelopment of the Riverside Mews site located at 9 – 15 S 18th Street and 1806 – 1830 S Riverside Mews (Block 12-A, Lots 7 and 11) in the South Side Flats neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The goal is to select a qualified and economically viable development proposal for the redevelopment of the property. Respondents must demonstrate the capacity and expertise to raise sufficient private capital and deliver a complex real estate development project. Proposals must be consistent with allowable uses and development programs under current zoning. Development teams are expected to execute delivery of the project according to these requirements.
