The project is a design-only scope for a roof replacement at Building 8. The Design Consultant shall provide all labor and materials necessary to provide documents, including drawings and specifications, to complete professional services. Refer to the following OPWDD Requirements for the Design Services Scope of Work. Also, refer to the attached Scope of Work for the specific project intent. Definitions and terms: o Directors Representative = Plant Superintendent or Capital Services PM o Project Manager = Capital Services Architect or Engineer o CS = Capital Services All projects are subject to Environmental Surveying, which shall be conducted outside this Scope of Services agreement and shall be completed by OPWDD prior to design commencement. DESIGN SERVICES SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the followin Design Services: 1. Reference attached specific OPWDD Requirements (if applicable) of the Renovations/Replacements being designed. 2. Design, Drawings, and Specifications are to be in accordance with: a. 14 NYCRR 635, Subpart 635-7 b. 19 NYCRR 1201 and 1204 c. OPWDD Design Standards d. NFPA (NFPA 101 - Life Safety Code) e. NYS Uniform Building Code f. NYS Environmental and Energy Code Regulation Compliance g. NFPA 101A - Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety 3. Product Specification Data: a. Construction details, material descriptions, dimensions, profiles, finishes, and applicable schematics, and cut sheets. 4. All Design and Specification documents shall be provided on Adobe (.pdf), AutoCAD, or Revit File 'as-builts' shall be provided to OPWDD for record. 5. Document Submissions to be provided to OPWDD Directors representative at routine Intervals: a. 30% completion. Allow (2) weeks for review and comment return. b. 60% completion. Allow (2) weeks for review and comment return.
