Sealed bids are requested for the installation of one foundation for a multi-family building at 409-413 W8th St., Newport, Kentucky. Bids must be submitted with a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal to five percent of the bid. The successful bidder will need to provide satisfactory performance and payment bonds.
