Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Newport, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Sealed bids are requested for the installation of one foundation for a multi-family building at 409-413 W8th St., Newport, Kentucky. Bids must be submitted with a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal to five percent of the bid. The successful bidder will need to provide satisfactory performance and payment bonds. All bids must include a statement from an acceptable surety indicating that required bonds will be provided if the bid is accepted. Conditions of employment and minimum wage rates under the contract must be observed. Attention is called to requirements related to Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, E.O. 11246, and Title VI. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after opening. The lowest responsible and responsive bidder will be awarded the contract, and the employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to bid. NMHC III reserves the right to waive informality, irregularity, or defect, and to reject any or all proposals if deemed in their best interest.
