The project consists of conceptual civil site and paving improvements for the proposed paving enhancement project at the Singley Academy campus in Irving, Texas. The work described herein is based on the conceptual project layout and shall include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, testing, and incidental items necessary to provide a complete and functional installation. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all permits, inspections, and approvals required by the City of Irving and all authorities having jurisdiction. The Contractor shall provide all general conditions, project supervision, temporary facilities, traffic control, safety measures, scheduling, coordination, and project management necessary for execution of the work. The scope includes clearing and grubbing activities required to facilitate the proposed site improvements, including removal and legal disposal of trees, vegetation, debris, and unsuitable materials. Earthwork operations shall include proof rolling of the existing ground surface, importation and placement of required fill materials, grading, moisture conditioning, and compaction necessary to prepare the site for paving improvements. Irving Independent School District is accepting proposals from qualified contractors for the Construction of a New Road at Singley Academy. The Estimated budget for this project is $600,000.
