Renovation of a water / sewer project in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a wastewater treatment plant.

The Project includes upgrades to various systems and structures at the Pojoaque Water Reclamation Facility. The upgrades consist of repairs and replacement of degraded piping, equipment and protective coatings, and installation of overflow piping from the anoxic basin. Modifications associated with the Shop/Chemical room HVAC system are also included in the project scope. QA date - 6-4-2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
