This project is for the complete mechanical renovation of the Woodsbend Youth Development Center main building. The YDC is a school and boarding facility operated by the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, Department for Juvenile Justice. The main building, approximately 15,500 sqft, serves as a housing unit, dining facility, and administrative offices. The current water-source heat pump loop system, installed in the 1980s, is no longer functional for the facility's needs. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount).
