Design-Build Services for Fresh Pond Yard Bridge Replacement and Track Re-Configuration. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), through the MTA Construction and Development Company (MTA C&D), seeks to identify and engage a qualified Design-Builder to perform design and construction work under Contract 6546. The work involves designing and constructing a new off-line replacement railroad bridge and track reconfiguration at the Fresh Pond Yard in Glendale, Queens, NY. The process will follow a two-step Request for Proposals (RFP), starting with a Request for Qualification (RFQ) to shortlist eligible participants for the subsequent RFP stage. The Design-Build Contract is not Federally funded and has a duration of no greater than 1095 calendar days. Estimated cost range is $10M - $50M.
