This project is to renovate an approximate area of 414 sq. ft. office space. The primary objective of this project is to perform interior demolition, asbestos mastic remediation, and subsequent renovation of the designated space. This includes the installation of new walls, ceilings, electrical, communication, and relocating HVAC ducts systems as outlined . Demolition, Remediation, and Removal: Remediate asbestos mastic in the designated areas, Remove and dispose of industrial carpet, wall insulation, interior lighting fixtures, and specified HVAC ductwork (24x24 and 24x48 return air, and AC air supply lines). Remove one 36"x6'8" door and frame. Demo interior pocket doors, interior walls, and the existing ceiling tile and grid system. Safely contain all existing electrical, fire, and communication devices, outlets, and wiring prior to demolition. Test circuit panel to support 8 new quad outlets and provide a diagnostic report. Installation and finishing but not limited to install 5/8" gypsum wallboard (taped and finished). Plaster, sand, smooth, and prep all new gypsum walls. Install a new 24x24 metal ceiling grid. Apply two (2) coats of latex primer to all new walls. Install new industrial carpet squares (GF-CI), Install one (1) new solid wood door and frame (3680). Install new quad electrical outlets, switches, and associated wiring / conduit. Install 24x24 LED lighting fixtures. Affix existing horn strobes, smoke detectors, and heat detectors as per code. Provide for Cat 5 communication outlets (4-port). Replace and install existing 24x24 and 24x48 return air ducts and new AC air supply ducts. Includes all labor for the installation of lighting fixtures and electrical switch wiring. Includes all miscellaneous materials and equipment required to complete the scope of work described above.
