Citywide testing of all backflows of various sizes. Each test must include the address, homeowner's name, whether the backflow passed or failed, and the reason for failure. An Excel spreadsheet or work order with notes must be turned into Utility Billing on a weekly basis. All backflows must be tested on a yearly basis as required by FDEP and city ordinance. The city will provide additional information as needed. Sealed bids are required.
